At the head of a training center in full evolution, you will pilot the design and deployment of innovative, impactful, and strategic solutions and learning paths, aligned with the company's strategic, professional, and regulatory challenges. You will thus directly contribute to preparing the skills of tomorrow and accompanying the transformation of our organization. The position is based in Lausanne, with occasional presence at our Wankdorf site. The missions that await you: Together with the HR management to which you report, define and pilot the Campus training strategy, in line with the HR strategy, business priorities, and evolution of professions Develop an agile and high-performance Campus organization, in close collaboration with the professions, in order to anticipate needs and deliver high-value-added development solutions for the entire Group Manage the Campus teams, including pedagogical engineers, internal trainers, and administration, while promoting skill development and the quality of the learning experience Develop and pilot the training catalog, in order to offer adapted paths to the current and future needs of collaborators Design and deploy varied, innovative, and engaging pedagogical devices: face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, or learning communities Pilot the training budget, coordinate external service providers, and ensure efficient resource management Accompany transformation projects and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning within the company Measure the effectiveness of training devices using relevant indicators and implement process review and continuous improvement approaches What makes you unique: Solid experience in accompanying organizational transformations and leading change Federative leadership that mobilizes teams and stakeholders with varied profiles, excellent relational skills Dual strategic and operational competence and analytical capacity Field-oriented and results-driven, sense of organization and priorities French as a native language, C1 in German and B2 in English University degree (Master) or training in pedagogical engineering, educational sciences, training management, or equivalent field Confirmed experience in adult training and skill development Solid experience in team management, budget management, and transversal project management Mastery of pedagogical engineering, LMS tools, and digital training devices Very good knowledge of the insurance sector or financial services, as well as its regulatory environment Certification in project management or change management, an asset If you like to collaborate at all levels of the organization, manage several projects in parallel, and evolve in transformation environments, while demonstrating pragmatism and resilience, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
