Together, let's go up a floor: Maintenance and repair team leader Neuchâtel (m/f/d) 80-100% # • Lead your team of service technicians (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs) • Guarantee the quality of service and contractual services in the field • Collaborate with the repairs department to identify needs and work to be undertaken • Execution of productive maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs) • Management and monitoring of key indicators • Team planning (on-call service and back-up) • Completed technical or electrical training, for example as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician • Continuing education in the commercial field is an advantage • Professional experience in the service or repair field • Ideally knowledge in the field of elevators • First experience in team leadership • Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an asset • Excellent development opportunities: Personal development is a reality with us.
