For our esteemed customer with a location in Bern, we are looking for several Customer Advisor E-Banking 80-100% (DE/ FR/ EN) # Employment: 80-100% Location: Ittigen Industry: General services Publication date: 07.07.2026 Your tasks: • You advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner by phone on all questions related to E-Banking • As the first point of contact, you support with issues such as login problems, payment orders, security questions, and other functions • You help with technical challenges in E-Banking and accompany the customers step by step to independent use of our digital services • In conversation, you recognize customer needs and draw attention to suitable digital offers, e.g. Mobile Banking or E-Documents • Even with more complex inquiries, you find a customer-oriented solution and contribute to a positive user experience • You work closely with internal specialist departments and make an active contribution to the ongoing optimization of our E-Banking support What you bring: • Very good knowledge of German, French, and English is essential for this position • You are open to new things, and lateral entrants with a high willingness to learn are also welcome • You have a secure handling of the PC and good knowledge of common MS-Office programs • High customer and service orientation • Pronounced communication skills What you can expect: • A varied activity in a motivated team • An intensive training program, specifically designed for lateral entrants • Working hours Monday to Friday between (07:00-21:00) and rarely on Saturdays Are you interested?
