What you achieve ##

• You conduct initial telephone interviews with insured persons and employers.
• You collect the relevant information and create the basis for targeted case processing.
• You recognize the need for support at an early stage and initiate the necessary next steps.
• You ensure that cases are forwarded efficiently and according to need to the responsible specialist departments.
• You document your assessments carefully and contribute to high service and data quality.
• You support our customers with empathetic and professional communication even in an early and often challenging situation.

What you bring ##

• Commercial, medical, or insurance-related basic training.
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance, health, or service environment is an advantage.
• Quick comprehension as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• High customer orientation and empathy when dealing with different stakeholder groups.
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form.
