This is what you can expect ##### • You will support our Retail Business Switzerland as an HR Business Partner and be the first point of contact for our Regional Managers, Store Managers and employees in our branches • You will support managers in all HR topics along the Employee Lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and performance management and succession planning • You will accompany managers in personnel and organizational issues and advise them competently on labor law and personnel-related topics • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Payroll and Learning & Development departments and ensure the efficient implementation of all HR-relevant topics • You will support with labor law issues, absence management and the implementation of HR initiatives in the branches • You will accompany change processes and support the further development of our managers and teams • You will actively bring in your own ideas to continuously develop our HR processes and the Employee Experience in the retail environment • Your focus will be on supporting our Retail Business Switzerland. In addition, you will support international retail markets in selected HR initiatives, projects and operational issues as needed This is what you bring with you ##### • You have a solid education in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field - ideally supplemented by further training in HR management • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic retail, hospitality or service environment • You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and feel comfortable in an operational and strategic environment • You work independently, pragmatically and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in a fast-paced environment • You convince with your open, empathetic and trustworthy personality as well as your pronounced consulting competence • You are digitally affine and have experience with HR systems as well as interest in process optimization and HR digitalization • You speak fluent German and French and have very good English skills.
