Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks: ###

• Autonomously execute inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handle various requests and small repairs
• Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Manage small repair projects
• Participation in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks)

Your profile: ###

• CFC electrical installer mandatory
• Several years of experience in a similar activity
• Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Proficiency in French, English is an asset
• Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driver's license required
• Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization
