Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Several years of leadership experience in an acute medical nursing environment
• Experience in geriatric medicine or geriatrics is an advantage
• Completed management or leadership training in the healthcare sector
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making competence
• Enjoyment in the development and promotion of employees
• Experience or interest in accompanying apprentices and students
• Clear and appreciative communication
• High resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Strong understanding of the needs and individual life situations of elderly patients

Tasks ##

• Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a geriatric department
• Management of daily processes as well as ensuring efficient organization within the area of responsibility
• Ensuring high nursing quality and achieving agreed performance goals
• Responsibility for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA and its further development
• Leadership, promotion, and professional development of employees
• Active participation in direct care and support of the team in daily work
• Participation in higher-level management bodies and in cross-departmental topics
• Close cooperation with various medical and therapeutic professional groups
• Accompanying and promoting apprentices and students
• Co-designing continuous improvement processes and modern work processes
