Your main tasks:

• You mediate between our auto mechanics and our customers and understand this as much as a service to the customer as to the workshop staff.
• You accompany and shape workshop processes and notify customers if necessary.
• You look after our customers on the telephone as well as at the counter and inform them about completed work.
• You handle administrative tasks: preparation and billing of workshop orders; warranty entries; billing of spare parts; programming of the key box.
• You advise our customers and sell spare parts and accessories.
• You are in operation also on Saturdays during tire days.

Your requirement profile:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training.
• You are willing to learn and like to expand your social and professional skills.
• You also fully and completely stand behind our house brands Toyota and Suzuki in your private life.
• You enjoy dealing with people and like to shape relationships.
• You remain calm even in difficult conversation situations.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on new challenges and to commit themselves flexibly! Our position offers a unique combination of customer service, spare parts warehouse, and processing of bodywork damage. You will rotate between these areas every two months, so that you work two months in customer service and then again two months in the spare parts warehouse and bodywork processing.

This means that you will repeatedly have new tasks and challenges to expand your skills and knowledge. And to ensure that you also have enough time for yourself, we offer you one free day per week in the months in which you work in customer service.
