Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Process requests received by telephone or in writing (first-level support) from soldiers, members of command bodies, commanders, and citizens regarding themes related to information days, from recruitment to the release from compulsory service; requests must be processed in the three official languages • Support users of the service manager, the digital platform for interactions between soldiers and the administration, and process questions relating to access, use, and the corresponding processes • Provide solution-oriented information and advice adapted to the situation, forward complex requests or those outside your area of expertise to the competent specialized services • Manage and constantly update the knowledge base related to FAQs to ensure uniform quality of information and services • Cultivate frequent exchanges with other divisions to improve customer satisfaction <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC as a commercial employee with experience in the field of customer support and good knowledge of the organization of the army • Talent for communication and team spirit • Responsible and autonomous way of working, strong customer orientation • Military instruction constitutes an advantage, ideally at the rank of senior non-commissioned officer or officer within the Swiss Army • Very good knowledge of a second official language both orally and in writing and, if possible, good knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words Army personnel accompany soldiers, from recruitment to the release from compulsory service. The cdmt Instr includes Higher Cadre Training, Army Personnel, five application training centers, the Army Instruction Center, as well as the specialized service Women in the Army and Diversity. One third of the approximately 2350 employees practice civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting fields and contribute, along with career soldiers, to the success of the army. The Swiss Army employs more than 9000 female and male employees in four military professions and approximately 200 civilian professions, across 110 sites throughout Switzerland.
