What awaits you Travel booking and expense management Management of directors' calendars Writing of minutes, meeting follow-ups and creation of presentations Creation of offers, opening and follow-up of Purchase Orders Planning and organization of meetings and committees Coordinate and follow up on contracts with service providers Provide support in the follow-up of billing and ordering processes related to operations Administrative support within the framework of various projects Work announcements and communications to users Contribute to the regular update of dashboards and budgets What you bring Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent Knowledge in the field of building technology and/or security installations would be a plus 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is a plus Proficiency in French level C1 min Proficiency in English level C1 min Knowledge of Italian would be an asset Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office) Proficiency in SAP is a plus Rigorous, organized and autonomous person Strong customer orientation Excellent presentation Ready for us?
