They play a key role in implementing employment policy and combating unemployment. As a human resources advisor, you work within the framework of supporting the professional integration of people looking for work. In this perspective, you follow and advise each client of the Public Employment Service, with the aim of their rapid and sustainable placement on the labor market. You select the appropriate placement strategies and have specific measures that allow for development for each person's employability. You are also responsible for respecting the legal requirements for people within your portfolio. Thanks to the quality of your candidate proposals, you are a key player for companies looking for personnel. Responsibilities ## • Establish a reintegration strategy for each client in a personalized and always adapted way to their needs and profile; • Activate and advise each client through counseling and follow-up interviews; • Conduct professional and skill development assessments for people in your portfolio by providing training and development measures; • Actively support the proposal of vacant positions to clients of the public employment service; • Ensure, in accordance with federal and cantonal laws on unemployment insurance, the respect of obligations and aptitude for placement of users; • Perform a permanent update of the computer database (Plasta) and the current management of administrative tasks for each client; • Strengthen collaboration with different inter-institutional partners (Social Services, Disability Insurance Office, etc.). Qualifications ## • Completed or ongoing federal certificate as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or personnel advisor. • Several years of experience in the fields of counseling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, or HR. • Good knowledge of the Vaud employment market and economic fabric. • Sensitive to the legal aspects of HR monitoring within the framework of your experiences. • Result-oriented relational and social skills. • Rigor and precision in the execution of tasks. • Proven customer listening and orientation skills. • Good resistance to stress. *The absence of a recognized certificate as mentioned in the specification sheet results in the application of salary class 9.* WHO ARE WE? ## Within the General Directorate of Employment and Labor Market (DGEM), we support and assist local employment actors.
