Your tasks <br /> • You will provide competent advice to clients, architects, and engineers regarding the design of property drainage and wastewater fees. • You will review plans during the permit process, perform retention and construction site drainage inspections, and support the team in the building permit process. • You are co-responsible for the billing of rainwater fees and handle special cases (e.g., the assessment of objections). • As part of a participatively managed team of 12 colleagues, you will actively contribute to the further development of the department. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have completed vocational training as well as further training as a Technician HF Bauplanung, certified construction manager (dipl.
