As facilities management coordinator, you will ensure the coordination of requests related to the allocation of premises, the layout of workspaces, as well as the moving of activities and employees within the HUG.
As a preferred interlocutor for staff, you will analyze expressed needs and ensure their coherence with the institutional real estate strategy as well as the master plan of the HUG.
You will evaluate requests, propose adapted solutions, and seek alternatives allowing for the efficient use of surfaces and resources made available.
You will autonomously manage layout and moving mandates of low to medium complexity, from their planning to their completion. In this capacity, you will coordinate various internal and external stakeholders, ensure the follow-up of service providers, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and regulatory requirements.
You will actively participate in change management with teams concerned by activity movements or space reorganizations.
You will also ensure the management and updating of local signage in collaboration with the Direction de la communication, while ensuring respect for the institutional graphic charter.
