About the role
For our client, a large regional company, we are looking for a student for a file digitization mission. This position consists of digitizing, sorting, and integrating all personnel files into a new HRIS management tool.
Under the supervision of the IT Manager, you will actively participate in a major project to modernize HR processes and structure personnel files. This role is essential to finalize the transition to the company's new HR information system.

Tasks
Sorting and verification of constituent parts of employee files
Digitization of physical documents in PDF format
Integration and filing of digital files in the HRIS tool
Guarantee of absolute confidentiality of the information processed
We are looking for
Student currently in training
Good command of IT tools
Perfect command of French
Acute sense of confidentiality and discretion
Immediate availability 2 full days per week
Responsible, organized & dynamic personality
