After-Sales Advisor 100% Permanent (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Welcome, advise, and accompany customers throughout their journey in the workshop • Write repair orders, prepare quotes, and ensure the follow-up of work orders • Plan, organize, and coordinate workshop interventions in order to optimize deadlines and resources • Manage replacement vehicles and guarantee customer mobility during the repair period • Prepare invoicing, perform collections, and return vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction • Develop, retain, and maintain a relationship of trust with the clientele, while ensuring rigorous administrative follow-up • Promote the company's services, packages, products, and services and identify opportunities for additional sales • Ensure the follow-up and control of work performed in compliance with quality requirements, environmental standards, and safety rules Profile • Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or technical training in the automotive field • Proven experience in after-sales service or within a car dealership • You enjoy contact with customers and have an excellent sense of service as well as irreproachable communication • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, knowledge of another language is an advantage • Comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks • Organized, autonomous, rigorous, and manages priorities, even in a dynamic environment • You enjoy teamwork and contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere Benefits • A modern, dynamic, and friendly working environment • Opportunities for continuous training and professional development • Attractive remuneration in line with your skills and experience • Start date: immediately or to be agreed Contact Information Please apply directly online.
