Then shape the shopping experience of tomorrow with us! ## To reinforce our team in the Non Food area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Floor Manager\*in (m/w/d), 100%, as of 01.09.2026, at the Affoltern am Albis location. ## Your responsibility • You ensure the implementation of operational activities in the sales area within your own area of responsibility. • You are responsible for the active implementation and expansion of omnichannel activities on the sales floor (Instore Ordering) and active acquisition of new customers (loyalty program). • You support the monitoring of the achieved sales/margin performance and the derived/initiative measures. • You ensure a customer-oriented organization. • You are responsible for ensuring the availability of goods and stock management. • You support the implementation of and compliance with legal responsibilities, regulations and internal guidelines. Your profile • You have completed basic training in retail as well as professional experience. • You have experience in retail, preferably in the area of perfumery, jewelry or fashion. • You have already been able to gain leadership experience. • You like to create new things and find a suitable solution for every problem. • You are an open and communicative personality. • You are innovative and strive for new challenges. • You enjoy strategic tasks as well as evaluations.
