Exciting tasks await:

• Participation in judgment deliberations in various areas of administrative law (spatial planning, social assistance and school law, state liability claims, judicial reviews, etc.)
• Drafting of draft judgments

What you bring:

• Attorney license
• Broad professional experience in general administrative and administrative procedural law
• Social competence and teamwork skills
• Temporal flexibility (workload approx. 10%)
• Right to vote in the Canton of Aargau and irreproachable character as well as willingness to undergo the evaluation process by the Grand Council Commission for Justice

Your working environment

The work assignment is in the Administrative Court department of the High Court.

The selection is made by the Grand Council upon motion of the Commission for Justice.
