Your tasks

• Cooking according to our high operational standards
• Implementation of precise instructions
• Observation and implementation of HACCP guidelines
• Thorough presentation of our changing offering

Your profile

• Completed culinary training (EFZ)
• Some years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy is an advantage
• Cooking inspires you
• Sustainability is important to you
• Creativity, quality and cost awareness, as well as the desire to help shape an urban alpine gastronomy concept
• You enjoy creating first-class dishes in a team
• German and English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
