Your tasks • You will take over first-level support in customer service. • You will process telephone and written inquiries from customers and business partners competently and in a service-oriented manner. • You will maintain, manage, and update our customer database. • You will handle general correspondence independently and reliably. • You will create customer service offers and support their follow-up. • You will provide technical support on behalf of the management. • You will organize and coordinate internal and external events. • You will plan and schedule the assignments of our service technicians. • You will assist in the creation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • You will undertake diverse administrative internal service tasks, particularly in the areas of tool, warehouse, and equipment management. • You will contribute to a smooth flow of daily business processes and work closely with the various business areas of the company.
