About the role

As an HR Advisor, you will join a team to manage recruitment, HR administration, and close coaching of managers. This versatile role is ideal for a dynamic profile wishing to commit long-term.

We offer you a 6-month mission in Try & Hire with the possibility of internalization, a flexible working schedule, one day of teleworking per week, and solid initial training of three months.

Tasks
-------

Full management of the recruitment cycle, handling personnel administration, and providing a consulting and coaching role to managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from the expression of need to hiring
• Ensure HR administration and employee hiring formalities
• Draft employment contracts and intermediate work certificates
• Coach and support local managers in their team management
• Intervene constructively in the management of internal conflicts
• Use Excel for the tracking and updating of HR data

We are looking for

• Training in human resources management (Bachelor HEIG, HR Federal Diploma or a title deemed equivalent)
• Good mastery of Excel software
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Organizational skills, interpersonal ease, and a supportive posture
