Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution <br /> • Autonomous management of personnel administration and handling of all changes related to civilian, military, and external personnel • Management and updating of personnel and salary data in the HR SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM & PSD) systems • Elaboration and continuous development of work instructions, analysis, and documentation, as well as participation in testing and coordination of operational activities • Competent point of reference for second-level support to employees, supervisors, and HR consultants • Responsible for the implementation and continuous optimization of selected fundamental HR administrative processes <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Basic commercial training with specialization in the human resources sector • Several years of experience in human resources administration • Practical experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or similar solutions • Structured, precise, and service-oriented personality, with a high sense of responsibility and autonomy • Attitude towards teamwork and ability to assert one's positions in relationship with various stakeholder groups <br /> In summary Do you like administrative work in the HR field as well as performing activities within a group?
