Technical Knowledge Expert (d/w/m) Workload: 100% Work location: Biel Employment type: Permanent Your tasks * Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, instructions and knowledge bases for the milling machines with SiemensOne and advantageously also with Heidenhain control as well as associated components and functions * Planning and implementation of technical training of the milling machine for service, sales and specialist experts of the international United Machining sales companies * Support of development projects by ensuring complete and target-group-oriented technical documentation and knowledge transfer for service technicians * Analysis, preparation and documentation of technical expert knowledge, including troubleshooting, service procedures on internal websites * Active cooperation with development, service, product management and Academy to promote worldwide knowledge transfer and continuous improvement process * Support in the quality improvement process for customer problems and willingness for customer visits Your profile * Technical training in the field of mechanical engineering with several years of practical experience as a service technician; advantageously with further training in the electrical or software area * Experience in research & development, in technical service or in an industrial production environment as well as enjoyment of knowledge transfer and knowledge documentation * Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; French and/or Italian are an advantage * Strong communication skills, high willingness to learn as well as a structured and independent way of working * Confident handling of HTML, MS Office, knowledge in CAD systems (e.g. Solid Edge), SAP and ticketing systems are an advantage MIKRON MILL is one of the worldwide experts for vertical milling and inventor of high-speed milling.
