What the company offers • Highly automated and state-of-the-art production site • Exciting key role in the setup and further expansion of production • International and multicultural working environment • Collaboration in a rapidly growing medical technology company • Highly motivated and committed team • Very good cooperation across different functions and locations • Modern production systems and digital planning tools • Activity with high responsibility for supply security and production performance • Working environment with high safety standards • Company with a focus on ecological responsibility • Exciting development opportunities in a future-oriented environment • Opportunity to actively contribute to the improvement of processes, systems, and workflows Our client requests • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning and monitoring • Experience in a highly automated injection molding and assembly operation • Very good knowledge of SAP and MES • Experience with APS, SAP, MES, EWM or comparable planning systems is an advantage • Very good analytical and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • German language skills in speaking and writing at least at level B2 • English language skills in speaking and writing at least at level B2 • Experience in a highly regulated industry is an advantage • Cross-functional operational experience is an advantage • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Enjoyment of close cooperation with production, supply chain, logistics, IT, and site management • High level of initiative and sense of responsibility • Understanding of production processes, material flows, and digital system landscapes What awaits you • Planning and prioritizing injection molding and assembly plants • Ensuring optimal utilization of production plants • Coordinating production planning with customer expectations and supply security • Close cooperation with production management, rough planning, and logistics • Cooperation with Supply Chain to ensure available raw material stocks • Checking inventory levels with SAP, EWM, MES and PowerBI dashboards • Monitoring possible stock bottlenecks • Proactive escalation and communication to production management and site management • Support during the monthly inventory • Ensuring correct stocks and transparent material availability • Using and understanding networked production systems such as SAP, MES, APS, Servus and Motan • Cooperation with Business Development and IT for the further development of planning systems • Master data maintenance in cooperation with the Master-Data-Team • Ensuring correct bills of materials, routing information, components and production SKUs • Active participation as a creative and cooperative member of the production team • Contribution to the successful ramp-up and stable operation of the new production site • Continuous optimization of planning processes, workflows and system usage
