As the group's center of expertise in the field of therapeutic chemistry, the company is the world number one in polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) based injectable products.* To strengthen its "R&D Bioanalytics" sector, Debiopharm Research & Manufacturing S.A. in Martigny is looking for a: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, 100% R&D Bioanalytics Your Mission: In this role, you will perform laboratory activities to support innovative drug research and development projects in the field of oncology. You will contribute to bioanalytical activities to support our preclinical and innovation projects. Your Responsibilities: • You participate in the development and qualification of bioanalytical methods to quantify biomolecules (Ab, ADC) and small molecules (peptides, linker-payload, catabolites) extracted from biological matrices using immunoassay and mass spectrometry. • You perform bioanalysis studies and study phases within the framework of research and development projects for small chemical molecules and biomolecules. • You generate, transform, and deliver data in a timely manner, focusing on quality and traceability. • You use and maintain laboratory instruments (routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment). • You participate in the laboratory quality management system (revision and drafting of SOPs and WIs, maintaining data traceability). • You participate in laboratory responsibilities (equipment manager, sample receipt/registration, maintaining inventory of chemicals/solvents/biological matrices). • You collaborate with other associates and scientists to facilitate knowledge exchange. Your Profile: • CFC as a laboratory technician in chemistry / laboratory technician diploma in chemistry, biochemistry in the pharmaceutical sciences field or in a related field with good experience in mass spectrometry and/or immunoassay. • At least 3 years of experience in analytical chemistry in the quantification and characterization of small and/or biomolecules. • Theoretical and practical experience in the processing of biological matrices. • Solid knowledge of techniques and instruments used in quantitative bioanalysis, notably chromatography, mass spectrometry, and immunoassays. • Experience in in-vitro DMPK and/or bioanalysis of biological products/peptides/ADC. • Sensitivity to regulatory guidelines (validation and qualification of bioanalytical methods and analysis of study samples). • Practical knowledge of common computer software as well as data control and acquisition software specific to analytical instruments. • Open-minded with an excellent team spirit. • Proficiency in French with a good level of English (B2).
