Business Project Manager #

Tasks ##

• Autonomous planning, steering, and implementation of demanding and cross-functional strategic projects for customer service & logistics - from initiation to successful handover to operational exploitation
• Management of collaboration between the business (customer service & logistics), IT, and external partners as well as guaranteeing efficient, timely, and sustainable project implementation
• Responsibility for project scope, deadlines, resources, and budget as well as active management of tasks, risks, and measures
• Planning and facilitation of workshops and technical coordinations as well as support for pilot phases, deployments, and commissioning, including communication, training, and change management measures
• Participation in the creation and development of the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as management of the project portfolio, preparation of reports, and development of project management standards and templates

Requirements ##

• Completed professional training, commercial training or studies as well as training or further education in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Perfect command of German and fluent English; other national languages are an advantage
• Proven and several years of experience in the autonomous direction and management of demanding projects
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in classic and agile project management as well as in collaboration with IT organizations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working method as well as a confident attitude towards different stakeholders
