Sargans by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • You lead the focus area in geriatric and neuropsychiatry consisting of the outpatient sector and Memory Clinic. • You independently carry out, as case manager, treatments of outpatient patients in individual, group, and family settings, including documentation, correspondence, and performance recording. • You maintain and promote networking with surrounding geriatric and nursing homes and take over rounds as well as consultative and supervisory inquiries. • You are directly responsible for the further training of the assigned assistant psychologists and assistant physicians and supervise them. • You work in the management of the outpatient sector at the Sargans location. • You participate in the clinic-wide on-call service (two to three weeks per year). <br /> Your profile <br /> • You are a specialist doctor for psychiatry and psychotherapy or a specialist doctor for general internal medicine (preferably in further training towards a focus in geriatrics). • You possess a practice permit from the Canton of St. Gallen or fulfill the necessary requirements to obtain one before starting the position. • You bring experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients or in internal medicine, geriatrics, or neurology. • You are committed, value working with patients, and enjoy working in a multi-professional team. • You are a flexible, team-oriented, communicative, socially competent personality with the motivation for further development. • You enjoy working independently, take responsibility, and make decisions confidently. • You have very good German language skills (at least C1). <br /> Your salary At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 151,000.- and 181,000.- Swiss Francs per year.
