• 04 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich Junior Technical Consultant - Digital Workplace Here is what motivates you in the morning: • You support companies in the introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot - from design to deployment. • You develop concepts for collaboration with Microsoft 365 and support clients in their implementation. • You perform technical readiness assessments for Microsoft 365 Copilot and derive concrete recommendations for action. • You implement technical solutions around Copilot agents and help clients integrate AI in a useful and secure way into their work processes. • You design and implement modern intranets based on SharePoint Online. • You support workshops, pilots, and deployments and acquire practical experience in consulting. • Through a structured onboarding, you continuously develop your consulting and technology skills and progressively take on more responsibility in client projects. We expect from you: • First practical experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams or comparable collaboration and AI solutions - through professional experience, internships, student jobs or university projects. • Passion for technology, AI and the digital workplace of tomorrow. • A taste for exchange with clients and a strong service orientation. • Analytical skills as well as an autonomous and structured way of working. • A university degree (or in progress) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field. • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. • Willingness to learn and to take on responsibility. • Workplace in Zurich, Bern or Basel with flexible working models and availability for travel in German-speaking Switzerland.
