HR Business Partner

You are the central HR contact person for your assigned areas and accompany managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. In doing so, you are part of a well-coordinated, three-person HR Business Partner team, in which we support each other and work together on local and global projects. This is how we continuously develop our HR processes and HR tools. Payroll processing is not part of your function.

Your main tasks

• Holistic support and advice for managers and employees in the assigned areas
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from the job advertisement and applicant selection to the onboarding of new employees
• Advice and support in all personnel-related matters
• Close cooperation with HR administration and payroll accounting
• Accompanying personnel changes along the employee lifecycle
• Active participation in local and global HR projects
• Participation in the continuous optimization and further development of our HR processes and HR tools

What you bring with you

• Completed further training as HR-Fachmann / HR-Fachfrau
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Committed, service- and solution-oriented personality
• Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills (at least level B2)
