Junior Process Engineer - PMO & Decommissioning Support

About the position:

For an internationally active company in the regulated MedTech/Life Sciences environment, we are looking for junior support in the field of Process Engineering. The role supports project coordination, PMO governance, and decommissioning activities in the production environment.

Purpose of the position:
The position offers insight into project management, manufacturing engineering, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment. It is particularly suitable for career starters or candidates with initial relevant experience.

Main tasks:

• Support with PMO governance, project tracking, action item lists, and status reporting.
• Participation in the planning and implementation of decommissioning activities for equipment, tools, and processes.
• Coordination with internal interfaces such as Operations, Quality, EHS, Facilities, and Purchasing.
• Maintenance of project documentation, protocols, dashboards, and KPI overviews.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant quality, GMP, and EHS requirements.

Required qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Microtechnology, or a comparable field of study.
• Initial experience through internships, projects, or up to approx. 3 years of professional experience in production, engineering, or project coordination.
• Good understanding of structured project work and proficient use of MS Office; experience with project or ERP tools is an advantage.
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.
• Work and residence permit for Switzerland.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or another regulated production environment.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, or comparable quality standards.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or documentation systems.

Working conditions:
