You have a good understanding of learning disorders and experience in support. You hold a teaching diploma, FSEA 1 or equivalent experience.

You master electricity, construction trades and advanced mathematics (gymnasium level — reinforced mathematics) and are able to support learners in the writing of end-of-training written work (TPA, TPI, TM, TPL…).

You demonstrate open-mindedness, patience and benevolence, enjoy human contact and wish to commit yourself to people encountering learning difficulties.

You are able to adapt your support to the needs of learners with varied profiles, to work with rigor and autonomy, while fitting into a structured institutional framework and a spirit of collaboration.

You are comfortable with usual IT tools and with the Romand secondary II training system.

You demonstrate a good ability for synthesis and writing skills for the drafting of minutes and reports.

You are available to ensure a minimum of 3 to 5 weekly missions (approximately 8 hours), mainly in the late afternoon or early evening, and you are mobile. These missions are, however, part of a flexible framework, linked to the mandates entrusted, and do not guarantee a fixed volume of hours.
