What you move with us

With your empathetic and charming communication, you ensure that our customers feel perfectly picked up and understood during every contact, whether in writing or on the telephone
You take on the independent processing of complex escalations that exceed the regular support framework.
You work on strategic projects such as the implementation of AI solutions and participate in product testing.
Enablement of new team members is in your blood, so you design the onboarding with enthusiasm.
You continuously contribute your knowledge to the team to steadily improve our support processes.

Your backpack for this position

A successfully completed vocational apprenticeship or training (preferably KV, retail, contact center, etc.) forms your basis.
You bring 4-5 years of professional experience in customer service, support, or a comparable role with customer contact.
You speak German at native level and have excellent English skills (French/Italian an advantage).
Experience in dealing with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, is a plus point for this role.
You support new team members with a lot of enthusiasm, patience, and sound specialist knowledge at the start.
Strong communication skills as well as a proactive, solution-oriented way of working distinguish you.
