WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

• Independent execution of forwarding, packaging, and insurance orders in compliance with all legal requirements
• Competent contact person (m/f/d) for customers, authorities, insurance companies, and transport service providers to optimize costs and legal frameworks
• Active proposing and implementation of improvements in the forwarding and transport sectors
• Obtaining third-party service quotes, securing transport insurance, and concluding freight contracts
• Efficient dispatching of means of transport for smooth shipping
• Creation of all relevant shipping, loading, and customs documents for import, export, and domestic
• Operational control of the entire shipping logistics (Export/Import/Domestic) directly at the Altdorf location
• Reliable checking and accounting of incoming invoices for third-party services
• Dispatching of internal transports, clarification of external warehouse availability, as well as monitoring of stocks and inventory values
• Responsibility for stock security as well as leadership and participation in special logistical projects and analyses

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d), or Logistiker (m/f/d) from Vortel
• Qualification as Logistikfachmann (m/f/d) or Prozessfachmann (m/f/d)
• Degree in the field of logistics management, supply chain management, or as a Betriebswirt (m/f/d) with a focus on logistics is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr early start time for bridge days)
