Product Owner Customer Services & Platforms 80 - 100 % Luzern What you achieve • As Product Owner, you shape the further development of our digital services, platforms and user experiences for customers and employees. • You take on the functional leadership of the team, create orientation, promote binding cooperation and ensure the goal-oriented further development of our services and platforms. • You bring together customer needs, user feedback, support insights and business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions with measurable added value. • Together with your team, you ensure professional customer support, effective knowledge management and a high service quality for internal and external stakeholders. • In close cooperation with specialist departments, development teams and stakeholders, you set clear priorities, create transparency and support the successful implementation of the product roadmap.   What you bring • You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) or comparable further training in business informatics, business administration, IT, service management. • With your leadership competence, your strategic foresight and your strong social competence, you succeed in bringing different interests together, creating orientation and successfully implementing sustainable changes. • You bring experience in the further development of digital services, platforms or products as well as a strong interest in customer experience, service management and the profitable use of AI.  • You are familiar with handling business-critical applications and platforms such as CRM, service or business systems.  • With your innovative way of thinking and your agile mindset, you use KPIs, data and user feedback in a targeted manner to make well-founded decisions and drive sustainable improvements.
