In the midst of the Weiningen vineyards, Restaurant Winzerhaus offers a unique view over Zürich and the Limmattal. Since 2017, Winzerhaus has opened its doors with a new concept. Now, it makes the hearts of all meat and fish lovers beat faster. Uncomplicated, cozy ambiance with lots of fire on the grill!

Your tasks

• Support and deputy for the Head Chef
• Support of the Head Chef with administrative tasks
• Support in purchasing and warehousing
• Ensuring compliance with the food/hygiene concept
• Grilling on the large grill
• Daily mise en place

Your profile
You have completed training as a Koch EFZ and have already gained professional experience.

Leadership experience is not a requirement.

You are a team player, committed, and resilient
You enjoy your work.
Your German is very good.
