• Lead the secretariat of National Geology and effectively support and relieve the division management and process leads in organizational and administrative matters
• Lead the division's Project Management Office (PMO) and support project leads with reporting, controlling, project administration, documentation, and knowledge management
• Be responsible for division controlling, analyze and visualize financial and personnel data, and participate in budgeting and division reporting
• Be responsible for contract management and electronic business administration (GEVER) and advise and support employees in their use
• Lead the office of the Federal Coordination Body for Geology (KBGeol) and support its committee work and communication

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial vocational training with higher vocational education or qualified additional commercial training
• Several years of experience in the secretariat area and/or in a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Eloquent, communicative personality with organizational talent and assertiveness
• Team player and proactive person with good IT skills (MS-Office products, SAP, GEVER)
• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as English
