Quality and Process Assistant

With its unique range of services - prevention, insurance, rehabilitation -, Suva offers its insured persons global health protection. The main mission of the Cliniques Suva is the rehabilitation of accident victims. In addition to the traditional disciplines of neurological and locomotor system rehabilitation, our two clinics in Sion (CRR) and Bellikon (RKB) offer specific services for the rehabilitation of burn patients, technical orthopedics and professional rehabilitation, early rehabilitation, and para/tetraplegic patients.

Main missions ###

• Administrative management for the two clinics in French and in German :
• Document management
• Management and monitoring of customer feedback, CIRS messages, etc.
• Support for the documentation of improvement and corrective measures
• Organization of satisfaction evaluations (patients, senders) and internal and external audits
• Documentation of audits, quality circles, incident analysis groups, etc.
• Assistance with risk controls
• Management and analysis of statistics
• Support for the induction of new employees into quality and process management
• Support for the development and implementation of quality concepts and improvement measures with specialized sectors (quality agreement according to art. 58a LAMal)
• Support for the implementation and monitoring of internal and external quality prescriptions and standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus)
• Collaboration on projects (e.g. harmonization of the management system)

Our expectations ###

• Basic training in administration and/or in a healthcare profession
• Courses such as quality manager in the healthcare sector, quality and process manager, etc.
• Experience in quality management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a service orientation
• Networking mindset and action combined with the ability to collaborate with people from different professional groups / partners
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a service orientation
• Ability to assert oneself
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products and applications and integrated management systems (IMS)
• Mandatory: Knowledge of French at mother tongue level as well as very good knowledge of German (bilingual) and occasional willingness to travel (Bellikon, Berne)
