• A responsible role at the interface between process management, specialized departments, and IT, with a direct influence on the development of our specialized operations in the private client sector
• Identification of sensitive points and efficiency potentials through the analysis of support cases and operational processes, as well as the design, coordination, and implementation of improvement measures to optimize processes and support systems
• Participation in strategic and tactical projects for the development of processes, systems, and services in the private client sector
• Creation and maintenance of functional test cases as well as performing functional, regression, and end-to-end tests
• Flexible working hours and up to 2 days of telecommuting per week (for a 100% position)

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in the health insurance sector.
• Additional training in business management, management information systems, or a comparable field is an asset
• Experience in analyzing specialized questions, processes, and operational issues, as well as pleasure in developing sustainable solutions
• Experience in creating functional test cases and in functional testing of business applications, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
• Autonomy, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to bridge the gap between the specialized department and IT
• Very good German skills, both oral and written; knowledge of Italian is an asset
