For our customer service at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for customer advisors with the following qualifications, effective immediately:

YOUR ACTIVITIES

• You are the contact person for our customers together with your team
• You conduct order and service calls, answer complaints, or advise customers regarding product or appointment inquiries
• You record and document customer requests in our clients' systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk etc.
• You process customer inquiries via e-mail, social media, or chat in different languages

YOUR PROFILE

• You speak very good Swiss German and French (Italian is an advantage)
• You are communicative, open, and customer-oriented
• You have good basic PC knowledge
• You work with commitment, are flexible, and resilient
• You also enjoy working in the evenings and on Saturdays
