Ensure the follow-up of the department's benefits regarding family allowances, in compliance with the applicable legal framework and according to the training received.
Compile and manage beneficiary files.
Decide on the granting, suspension, or refusal of benefits, as well as the establishment of restitution decisions, based on federal legislation, current directives, and cantonal regimes.
Manage litigation from the requisition for full payment or until the processing of the certificate of unpaid debts;
Scan and process incoming mail.
Prepare family allowance payments (at least once a month).
Answer telephone calls as well as at the family allowance fund counter.
Inform and advise member companies.
Manage member complaints.
Process family allowance granting notifications to be transmitted to the central register.
Regularly update internal procedures (operating procedures).
Perform daily tasks assigned according to the schedule.
Carry out necessary computer tests during software updates.
Actively participate in the life of the department by proposing organizational improvements, to be discussed in a team during department meetings.
Required profile for the position
CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent;
3 years of experience in managing family allowances;
Strong interest in social insurance;
Ability to work both in a team and independently;
Ability to manage several files in parallel and aptitude for multitasking;
