Inside Sales Employee 80-100 % St. Gallen or Zürich-Flughafen

In this position, you will mainly support customers from the quasi-public sector in various German-speaking Swiss cantons. We are looking for a committed personality with an interest in technical issues and pleasure in developing suitable and sustainable solutions for smaller customers.

For our location in St. Gallen or Zürich-Flughafen we are looking for as of February 2027 or by arrangement a committed and motivated personality as an Inside Sales Employee.

Your role ##

• Support and further development of an existing customer portfolio with numerous smaller customers
• Responsibility for offers, orders and contracts including calculation and billing
• Conducting sales and contract negotiations until successful completion
• Identifying, analyzing and understanding customer needs as well as developing suitable solution approaches
• Ensuring compliance with relevant processes, especially in acquisition, offer and account management
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile ##

• Technical or commercial basic training with corresponding professional experience
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in customer support as well as in the sale of IT solutions and IT projects
• Good comprehension of customer needs in the IT environment as well as pleasure in networking
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as high reliability
• Proficient German skills (at C1 level) in spoken and written
• Analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with open and professional communication
