Nursing Specialist HF/FH in Night Shift 60% - 100% Medicine / Nursing / Therapy Take responsibility in the night shift, work independently and accompany our residents safely through the night The following is expected of you at our company You care for our residents individually during the night and are their first point of contact You recognize changes in the state of health at an early stage and react in a professional manner - independently or, depending on the level of training, in consultation with the diplomatic team You carry out medical nursing actions and medication administration in a professional manner You ensure a safe and quiet night shift and support the team as needed You actively contribute to the quality of care and bring in ideas for improvement What you bring Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or nursing specialist HF/FH Joy in a holistic, appreciative nursing culture Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality Good knowledge of German in word and writing What we offer you It is important to us that you feel comfortable and can exploit your potential.
