We are looking for someone for the service department to support our deployment planning team with a 100% workload in the Sales Center Switzerland in Reinach.

What is the role about?

You coordinate service assignments and are the central contact person for customer inquiries regarding malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance.

Which tasks will you undertake?

You

• accept customer inquiries by telephone
• open service, repair, and malfunction orders
• record technical data according to customer specifications
• plan the assignments of our technicians throughout Switzerland efficiently and economically, including the associated communication to customers
• forward technical inquiries to customer service
• plan and monitor maintenance orders
• plan and coordinate installations and commissioning
• work closely with all interfaces

What do we expect from you?

You

• have a completed commercial vocational training
• have several years of professional experience in a similar function
• have enthusiasm for measurement technology and are proficient in common MS Office software as well as SAP programs
• can communicate easily in German and French, English is an advantage
• think in a service-oriented and analytical manner and are reliable
• have a communicative and networked-thinking personality
