Its headquarters, located in Rolle (VD), brings together all administrative functions and employs more than one hundred collaborators.

In order to complete the kitchen team of an establishment in Jura, we are looking for a:

Restaurant Manager / Chef at 100%

Your role:

You hold a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant with full autonomy, benefiting from the tools and supervision of a large group.

You ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch services, as well as the distribution of meals. You design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you ensure the smooth running of the service.

Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee quality and customer satisfaction, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.

As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while ensuring the management of budgets, inventories, and orders.

Finally, you are responsible for the organization and maintenance of the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.

Your profile:

• You benefit from confirmed experience in the field of traditional and contract catering.
• You have a true team spirit, constant motivation, and a strong taste for challenges.
• Creative and having a sense of innovation, you propose gourmet and original culinary services to dynamize the offering.
• Proactive, rigorous, and with excellent organizational skills.
• Mastery of French required.
• CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent requested.
