Customer Advisor: telephone / online banking / payment methods

What awaits you:

• Primary point of contact for customers at the Service Center (telephone, email, digital channels) in French and German.
• Competent, constructive, and empathetic handling of customer requests.
• Providing information on banking services, assistance for digital services.
• Forwarding complex requests to specialized services.

What we expect from you:

• Completed professional training (CFC), ideally as a commercial employee, retail manager, or customer relationship agent.
• Experience in customer service (banking or financial sector).
• High affinity for digital technology, mastery of different systems and channels.
• Strong empathy and a keen sense of service.
• A taste for contact with customers, by telephone and in writing.
• Very good level of French and German, both spoken and written.
• Structured, reliable working method and resistant to pressure.
• Ability to assimilate quickly and willingness to undergo intensive training.

Remuneration

• At BAS, we have a remuneration model that guarantees equal pay for work of equal value. Our salaries are transparent internally and we guarantee a maximum salary gap of 1:5 between the lowest and the highest salary. For this position, the gross annual salary is approximately CHF 81' The classification is based on clear and transparent criteria.
