Your area of responsibility Support of our customers including creation and follow-up of offers Processing and monitoring of the entire order processing from order to delivery Coordination and alignment with production, planning, sales and other specialist departments Monitoring of delivery dates, order status as well as relevant KPIs in SAP Processing of customer inquiries, quality reports and repair orders Creation of SAP evaluations as well as maintenance of relevant data and documentation Collaboration in process optimizations, projects and cross-location tasks Professional guidance and support of the commercial apprentices Your profile Completed basic commercial training or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in Customer Service, internal sales or in order processing Good technical understanding as well as interest in industrial products and processes Experience in using SAP as well as very good MS-Office skills Structured, reliable and customer-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers as well as internal and external contact persons Very good German skills (min. C1) as well as good English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory Further foreign language skills are an advantage Experience in the supervision and support of apprentices is an advantage Your perspective ®!
