We are looking for a: Shift Leader Your responsibilities: Welcome & Customer Experience: Ensure the satisfaction and well-being of each client by offering them a warm welcome, active listening and personalized solutions. Be attentive to details to make each stay a unique experience. Coordination and Information Fluidity: Collaborate closely with all departments (restaurant, wellness, housekeeping, technical service...) to guarantee a fluid and coherent experience. Facilitate the flow of information to anticipate client needs. Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen client loyalty by ensuring continuous service quality and working to improve the establishment's "quality score". Complaint management and making appropriate decisions. Leadership and Team Spirit: Instill a spirit of cohesion and motivation in your team by valuing their role in the customer experience. Train and support new members to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Supervision of operations during shifts. Operations Management: Organize arrivals and departures, apply service standards, supervise pricing policy in connection with the Responsable des Réservations and cash management. Your profile: Hôtellerie training and/or at least 1 years of experience in a similar position with a strong emphasis on customer relations. Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and a keen sense of service. Perfectly comfortable in French, English and ideally German. Sense of anticipation and organization to offer a seamless experience.
