As our Events Assistant, you will support our Events Manager in the planning and coordination of extraordinary events at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina.

Behind the scenes, you will ensure that information is correct, deadlines are met, and countless individual details merge into a perfectly prepared event.

What you will achieve with us

Your tasks:

• Customer Communication & Coordination: You support daily communication with customers and event organizers. You answer inquiries professionally and follow up on outstanding details such as rooming lists, menus, timings, dietary requirements, and individual requests.
• Attention to Detail: From personalized menus and place cards to signage and seating plans – you coordinate event materials and ensure everything is correct, complete, and ready on time.
• BEOs & Event Documentation: You create, update, and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), Function Sheets, and other event documentation to ensure that all relevant departments have accurate and up-to-date information.
• Event Planning & Site Inspections: You assist with on-site inspections and planning meetings, coordinate event details, and keep an eye on deadlines, pending decisions, and important milestones.
• Systems & Administration: You maintain event files, customer files, as well as CRM and event management systems, and assist in monitoring deposits, payment schedules, and other contractual and operational deadlines.
• Internal Interface: You work closely with Banqueting, Kitchen, Reservations, Front Office, Rooms Division, and Revenue Management to ensure that the operational teams have all the information for smooth event execution.
• One Team, Two Hotels: You support the event team at both the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina and contribute to uniform processes and highest quality standards throughout the Kulm Group.

This is you

• Education: Completed training in the field of hospitality, gastronomy, event management, or in a commercial field.
• Experience: You have gained initial professional experience in hospitality, the event sector, or a similar role. Experience in luxury hospitality is a major advantage.
• Organizational Talent: You have an extraordinary eye for detail and work in a structured and reliable manner. Even when multiple deadlines converge, you remain calm and maintain an overview.
• Your Personality: You are service-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented. You communicate confidently and professionally with international guests as well as internal colleagues.
• Your Ambition: You are motivated to further expand your expertise in the field of events and luxury hospitality and to take on more responsibility with growing experience.
• Languages: C1 level in German and English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Start: From November 2026 | Location: St. Moritz & Pontresina
