Service Advisor NFZ Reg. Basel 100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed personality to take on a central role at the interface between technology and customer service. In this position, you combine technical understanding in the field of vehicles with service-oriented communication and support both customers and internal teams with technical queries.

Tasks

• Customer reception and coordination of workshop appointments
• Creation and forwarding of repair offers
• Vehicle handover and advice on repair work
• Support in workshop planning and AVOR
• Telephone customer recovery
• Organization of MFK appointments and handover of new vehicles to the back office

Profile

• Technical basic training (e.g., truck, car, or agricultural machinery mechanic)
• Commercial understanding and good IT skills
• Enjoyment of customer contact and professional appearance
• Resilience, initiative, and organizational talent
• Driving license Cat. B mandatory, Cat. C an advantage
