On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead a major project to modernize its information system.

This project is part of a multi-year transformation and will have a direct impact on the entire organization. The objective: to evolve tools, processes, and ways of working in order to have a more modern, sustainable, and high-performing environment.

Job Description ##

Your responsibilities ####

• Lead the project on the business side, in close collaboration with the IT Project Manager.
• Build, organize, and coordinate the business teams involved in the project.
• Define and monitor planning, priorities, resources, and the various phases of the project.
• Organize and lead the migration of existing processing and processes to the new environment.
• Coordinate several teams and migration workstreams that may progress in parallel.
• Collect, challenge, and prioritize user needs based on their value and complexity.
• Ensure the interface between business and IT teams and guarantee a good flow of information.
• Lead communication, training, and change management related to the transformation.
• Prepare the elements necessary for decision-making and ensure regular reporting to management and steering bodies.
• Participate in budget monitoring and supplier management for aspects relevant to the business scope.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Support the reception of solutions and organize feedback/lessons learned.

Profile sought ##

Your profile ####

• University degree at Master's level or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant data/statistical context.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good command of technical English.
• Proven experience in coordinating teams and stakeholders with varied profiles.
• Solid skills in project management, organization, and planning.
• Natural leadership, ability to unite and advance teams in a complex environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset, autonomy, and ability to operate within a constrained framework.
• Swiss residence
• A certification in project management and/or training in team leadership is an asset.
• Experience in Business Analysis on transformation projects subject to strong cost, resource, or organizational constraints will be particularly appreciated.
