(www.boas-swiss-hotels.ch) Aquatis Hotel, with a capacity of 143 rooms, also includes a fitness/hammam/sauna, 1 restaurant with a terrace, 8 seminar rooms, 1 parking lot with 1,200 spaces. The establishment is ideally located at the Lausanne Vennes highway exit. It is directly connected to the M2 Vennes metro station located just below, serving the center of Lausanne and the shores of Lake Geneva (www.aquatis-hotel.ch) In order to complete our team at the Aqua’sphère restaurant, we are looking for: A CHEF DE RANG (M/F) on an EXTRA basis YOUR MISSIONS: • Welcoming and serving customers • Ensuring the smooth running of the service in the dining room, from taking orders to the departure of the customer • Setting up buffets, cocktails, aperitifs • Ensuring banquet, aperitif, and cocktail services • Respecting and following the restaurant's quality procedures • Anticipating customer needs • Managing cash operations • In support of the maîtres d'hôtel: stock management • Setting up and dressing the restaurant • Assistance with setting up seminar rooms (occasional) • Morning, lunch, or evening service according to the schedule • Knowing the products of the restaurant's offer YOUR PROFILE: • Holder of a CFC in catering, BEP/CAP and/or BAC PRO or judged equivalent • Customer satisfaction oriented • French native speaker or fluent • Good knowledge of English, a third language would be a plus • Culinary knowledge indispensable • Very good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt • Organized, rigorous, flexible, and autonomous • Sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills • Committed to the quality of one's service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude WORKING HOURS: variable START DATE: to be agreed Are you interested?
